Scripps Scientist Wins Revelle Award
San Diego Union-Tribune, Oct. 19 -- Ed Parnell grew to love the ocean using a snorkel he got for his fourth birthday. Tuesday, the marine ecologist at Scripps Institution of Oceanography was honored for a career spent "promoting ocean stewardship." The non-profit San Diego Oceans Foundation named Parnell the 23rd recipient of the award, which is named after Scripps icon Roger Revelle. More
Newton's Law: Jazz Great at UCSD Wednesday
