(California Partnership for Achieving Student Success), created
five years ago by Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College, has

"Wheel of Fortune" for a chance at the governorship.
His reason for running against such slim odds is to see the
rising student fees in the University of California, California
State University and community college systems reduced.
