UCSD profs find galactic beat
La Jolla Village News, Jan. 1 – UCSD researchers have discovered that a well-known, but overlooked source of regular outbursts of ultraviolet radiation from clusters of very large, bright stars may play a significant role in keeping the Milky Way’s gases continually stirred up. UCSD’s Alexei G. Kritsuk and Mickael L. Norman detailed their findings in Astrophysical Journal Letters.

Peregrine to restate finances by Jan. 21
