Sanders Says Plan to Cut Bureaucracy Can Help City Hall
San Diego Union-Tribune, May 19-San Diego mayoral candidate Jerry Sanders will unveil a bureaucracy-cutting plan today that he says could trim about $10 million from a $50 million general-fund budget deficit. Sanders said his plan is inspired by management efficiencies seen elsewhere, including the county of San Diego and UCSD. More
