A-bomb exhibit called too gruesome for display at U.N.
Asahi Shimbun, July 16 – The United Nations has canceled a scheduled exhibition about the 1945 atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki at its headquarters in New York this fall, saying some photographs offered for display are too gruesome.
