PPH board faces push for Nurses Now program
North County Times,
June 19 – Palomar Pomerado Health board is reconsidering joining Nurses Now, a program with San Diego State University where hospitals agree to fund teaching positions in exchange for paid and credited work from nursing students. Nurses Now has agreements with eight hospitals and health-care systems including UCSD Medical Center.
