6 – A new Ocean Drilling Program project is building
observatories equipped with instruments, including seismometers,
deep below the seabed that will allow scientists to continuously
monitor and record information and gain long-term understanding of
such geological hazards as tsunamis and major earthquakes.

its two La Jolla hospitals fraudulently billed Medicare for
implanting experimental cardiac devices such as pacemakers in
