Scientists see future of brain mapping in UCSD-led network

Mar. 10 – UCSD heads a national initiative to research Alzheimer’s and other brain disorders.  A $20 million grant from the NIH is funding the effort to create the Biomedical Informatics Research Network (BIRN). Space shutterbugs orbiting camera relies upon students’ calculations
