UCSD THEATRE PROFESSOR EMERITUS PARTICIPATES IN ADAPTATION FOR EASTER CELEBRATION APRIL 16

An Easter celebration, Invisible Spikes In The Cross, a play adapted by Floyd Gaffney, professor emeritus in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of California, San Diego, Rev. Arthur Cribbs, Jr., and Daisy Craggett, will be presented April 16 at San Diego's Christian Fellowship Congregational Church, 1601 Kelton Road.

The Sanctuary Choir will perform a blend of traditional and contemporary music at 4 and 7 p.m. in the main sanctuary under the direction of Marquetta Brown. Gospel singer Debra Terrell will be a featured guest artist.

Also participating in the production are Sandra Foster-King, choreographer; the Repertory Dance Theatre, C. Anthony Cole, artistic director, and Tony Akee and Company, Caribbean singers, dancers and percussionists.

Tickets are $7 general admission and $4 for seniors, military personnel and children under six. For tickets and further information call the Christian Fellowship Congregational Church at (619) 262-8095.
