SAN DIEGO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL CONTROL RABIES
VACCINATION, DOG-LICENSING CLINIC TO BE HELD OCT. 21 AT UCSD
A Rabies Vaccination and
Dog-Licensing Clinic, sponsored by the San Diego County Department of
Animal Control, will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Oct. 21 at the
University of California, San Diego. Rabies shots will be offered for
$5.
The dog-licensing clinic is
presented as a service to the UCSD community and to San Diego
residents to provide easy access both for students with pets living
near the campus and for local area residents. Information on
animal-related issues and volunteers opportunities will be available.
The clinic will be held in
UCSD Parking Lot 356 at the corner of North Torrey Pines Road and
North Point Drive. Dogs must be under the direct control of a person
by means of a hand-held leash not exceeding six feet in length and
must have a valid county or city license attached to the collar.
