HEALTH SEMINAR - "Early Pregnancy Assessment: 2000 - First
Impressions Are Important" is the topic of the next UCSD
Healthcare Women's Health Seminar to be presented by Andrew Hull,
M.D., UCSD School of Medicine Assistant Professor of Reproductive
Medicine. The seminar will be Thursday, May 18 at 6 p.m. at the Center
for Molecular Genetics large conference room on the UCSD School of
Medicine campus in La Jolla.
Dr. Hull, a specialist in the
treatment of high-risk pregnancy, will discuss the innovative,
non-invasive, diagnostic tools, such as 3-D ultrasound, that can be
utilized very early in pregnancy. These tools can be detectors of
chromosomal anomalies, structural abnormalities and predictors of
early pregnancy loss.
The seminar will be preceded by
