VISIT BY PRESIDENT LAGOS OF
CHILE POSTPONED UNTIL EARLY 2004

Due to an illness in his family the President of the Republic of Chile, Ricardo Lagos, has postponed his scheduled October 14 visit to the University of California, San Diego until a date to be determined early in 2004. Further information on the re-scheduling will be announced as it becomes available.
