Bookstore Stages Harry Potter Extravaganza

Scores of children dressed up in Hogwarts robes and other Harry-Potter themed attire took over the UCSD Bookstore to celebrate the release of the last installment in J.K. Rowling's seven-part series. The bookstore marked the occasion with an all-nighter. Activities included a costume contest and giveaways. Harry Potter fans also had a chance to taste offerings from Perks, the bookstore's new cafe, which opened last month.
