Employees Savor Holiday Spirit at Pancake Breakfast

Mark Cunningham, director of the campus’ Housing, Dining, Hospitality services, poured coffee for staff members at the breakfast. The menu included sausages, fruit and pancakes. This year, staff members also feasted on frittata with spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese and sundried tomatoes. UC San Diego Catering services donated the eggs for the dish—about 1,500 pounds in all.
